What we collect

• What you type in a form. Name, email, company, niche and project notes from the contact form; the answers you give in the demo brief.
• What you give a free tool or pack. Your email, the numbers or website you enter and, where we ask them, your answers to our questions: jobs or deals a month and spending on leads a month. We keep these with your report, and our team reads them.
• Brand choices in the demo brief. Colour picks and sitemap choices. The form takes no files: logos and photos reach us only if you email them.
• Booking details. The slot you pick, your timezone and the email you want the invite sent to.
• A review, if you leave one. Your name, role, company, words and, if you add one, your photo. A review shows on this site only once we approve it.
• Payment details, but not your card. Card data goes straight to Stripe. We see the amount, the last four digits and whether it went through.

Why we collect it

To build your demo, to reply to you, to send the free tool result or pack you ask for and follow up about it, to see whether we are a fit for your business, and to take payment when you decide to buy. The questions on a free tool or pack are for that fit check: your answers do not change your result. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not pass your details to anyone looking to sell you something.

When you give us your email in a form, we send you a few emails about the free website and our plans, some with a discount, then one a month. They stop when you book a call, become a client or unsubscribe. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing once stops them all.

Legally: we process what you send us to perform a contract or to answer a request you made.

Cookies and analytics

Functional cookies keep the site working: one keeps your place in a brief, one remembers your email after you send a form so you do not type it twice, one holds a free audit you ran, one remembers which affiliate link brought you here, one notes the page you first landed on and the site or campaign that sent you, so we can see which pages bring people in, and signing in sets the cookies your account needs.

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets its own cookies on this site, and Google processes that usage data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block it with any tracker blocker or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We also use PostHog to count visits and which pages and forms get used, and to test page changes. It sets its own cookie on this site (ph_<project key>_posthog) and keeps a matching entry in your browser's storage. PostHog also records some visits to our public pages as session replays: the page as you saw it, your clicks and your scrolling. What you type into a form field is replaced with asterisks in your browser, before the replay is sent. Sign-in, account, affiliate and review pages, and pages whose address is a personal link (decks, proposals, reports and unsubscribe pages), are never recorded. No ad pixels and no cross-site trackers.

Some of these operate outside your country. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses. We will also hand over data if the law requires it. We will tell you unless we are barred from doing so.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that never became a project: 24 months, then deleted.
• Project files and briefs: for the life of the project plus 12 months, so we can help you after launch.
• Invoices and receipts: seven years, because tax law says so.

Your rights

Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@ghobz.com. One message is enough, no form to fill in. We reply within five business days and act within 30. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Everything moves over encrypted connections. Access is limited to the people working on your project, on individual accounts with two-factor authentication. No shared logins. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you within 72 hours of finding it. We explain in plain language what we are doing about it.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we date it at the top, and if the change is material we email anyone with an active project. This site is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Questions, corrections and deletion requests all go to admin@ghobz.com.
